Enter at least a Name for your image.

If you already have a .mdb that you want to

put a new image in, select it in Database (MDB)

box or, if it is not already displayed in this box,

browse for it by clicking Open MDB button.

If you want to create a new .mdb to put the

image in, click New MDB button.

Make sure your new .mdb will be going into your

folder.

Give the new .mdb a File name and click Create.

The new .mdb will now be listed

(and selected) in the Database (MDB) box and

will be shown in its own window.

Click OK.

 Never save anything on the C drive or Desktop.

 Your images/data will be saved in your folder on either the D drive (faculty last names A-G), E

drive (faculty last names H-O), or F drive (faculty last names P-Z).
