10.8 Acquiring multiple dyes

Choose MULTIDIMENSIONAL ACQUISITION in the Work area menu and C tab for color

channel settings (Figure 22). Select the dye that best corresponds you fluorochrome from the drop-

down list. The pseudo color for the channel will be automatically selected according to the dye, but

it can be changed manually. The actual filter is defined separately using HARDWARE SETTINGS

(Figure 23). Choose the filter that you need for the channel in DURING ACQUISITION… Choose

SHUTTER CLOSED in AFTER ACQUISITION…
